Sometimes it's a tingling feeling in my stomach. Not the pit of my stomach, but in the entire thing!! Other times, I feel a relaxing - almost breath like feeling - around my shoulders and I can feel it rise towards the crown of my head and hoover in a peaceful glow. Other times, it's a smile or a twinkle in my eye (so I'm told)....
I know, I know, "LYD what are you talking about...??"
Anticipation
Have you ever felt anticipation, waiting as the hours and minutes DRAG on...anticipation is so powerful. Either to completely meet your expectation or to let you down. Funny thing is, no matter what happens next the power of anticipation is unreal.
If only I could bottle it up! :)
