One of the hardest things I have ever had to do...

One of the hardest things I have ever had to do...and currently have to do....is believe in people that don't believe in themselves.

It's hard only because the want and desire I feel for them to succeed is and will NEVER be enough.

PEOPLE:  It's what's inside YOU (each person) that fuels the motivation needed to dig deep and fight through insurmountable (or what feels like insurmountable) challenges.  When you continue to break your own heart by not meeting deadlines, not sticking to what you say , lying, cheating etc - you learn not to believe in yourself and find yourself "stuck" in a mucky life where all you can spout out are excuses...  Start with something small and start proving to yourself that you CAN do what you say you can.  Baby steps...one SMALL thing at a time.   

It's exhausting.
But it's beautiful when people overcome. 
Through this, a resilient strength is born helping people to navigate the many challanges they have to come...

Lord - teach me how to serve others, guide me in my daily work, allow me to serve you and others...Give me the strength.
