So within that past weeks, even months I've learned a lot...and or was reminded of a few things, and want to share!
1). Happiness is only about 40% genetic...and of course this is a soft percentage. It is as measured as it can be....and the rest (of happiness) is truly a choice. Small decisions and ACTION create your reality and your level of happiness. You can help yourself by focusing on those things you value and expecting those things to have positive outcomes. Also, when you do for others you naturally feel good! So start today. If you are in a relationship, try everyday, for the next week to think about one small thing you can do (each day) that you know would make that person smile. No matter how small!!
2). The best things in life are free...this Christmas was one of the best. Not because of a million dollar gift, but because I was surrounded by goofy, loving, family and friends. I never new a came of Phase 10 could get so heated!!
And I cut my hair for the first time in another year (or something like that)...I wouldn't recommend waiting that long...at all. So ridiculous. I had to go through three steps. Wash/Condition, Blow-Dry, and then semi-straighten. I had my mom and sister's help in all this. I'm not balling out...so I go to La Shop de Familia... Please enjoy the unflattering pictures to the right... The top is my hair after moms blew it dry. The curls did NOT want to go away. Below is after it was cut...then slept on with a braid or two, after sweating after a work out (with moms)...hahahah! Of course my hair is back to it's fro-like self. :)

SO healthy. Not one of those fake-healthy salads...(okay minus the cheese, but you know a little is okay)
4). I truly prefer being busy. Being stagnant and content...aka BORED...is not the business.
5.) Organix Coconut Milk serum is my favorite for this week. Try it out...at Ulta, some Walmarts, and even Walgreens. Put it on your hair after its been conditioned and still quite wet.
6.) When you have good friends, they inspire, motivate, challenge, and encourage...sometimes when they don't even know it! What a blessing.
7). My three nephews are the most attractive young men in the world. No exaggeration.
